New Construction Homes in Central Florida

Brand-new homes are going up across Winter Garden, Hamlin and Horizon West, Oakland, and Lake County. Have your own agent by your side from the first model home visit to the final walk-through.

Why Have Your Own Agent?

The builder's sales team works for the builder. I work for you. Bring me on your first visit (many builders require your agent to be registered at that first visit). Ask me how buyer representation works with each builder.

“We have worked with Brenda 2 times over the years. The first time was a new home purchase in 2003 / 2004. Moving fro another state, Brenda spent quite a bit of time with us to somewhat familiarize us with the areas. In 2013, she again assisted us with the sale of the same home. … We highly regard Brenda as a well versed, highly skilled and caring realtor!”

New Construction FAQs

Do I need my own agent when buying from a builder?

It is a good idea. The builder's on-site sales team represents the builder. Your own agent can review the contract, compare communities and incentives, and keep an eye on the timeline for you.

Do I have to register my agent on the first visit?

Many builders require your agent to be registered at your first visit to the sales center. Call me before you tour a model so you don't lose the option of representation.

Should I get an inspection on a brand-new home?

Yes. An independent inspector can catch issues before closing and again before your builder warranty ends.
